PRODUCT AND COLOR INFORMATION NAPOLEÓN

However, the colors you see will depend on the color calibration of your monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is accurate. Most of the NAPOLEÓN products that appear on the site are available in physical stores. On the other hand, in some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the site may not be available in stores.

Payments & Shipping Policies
The napoleonficial.mx site accepts the following forms of payment:

NAPOLEÓN uses an external service for its national and international shipments. The shipping fee will be calculated before making the final payment of your purchase.
Important note: the purchase of leather products outside of Mexico is at the risk of customers (customs may deny entry of the product to the destination country). NAPOLEÓN is not responsible for any customs problem.
Your shipment will be processed from the moment you complete your purchase.
We will send you an email where you can find the guide number to track the package. The shipment is made through the DHL parcel company ( www.dhl.com )

The delivery time for packages that are shipped within Mexico will be 1 to 3 business days from the order is ready for shipment.
The approximate delivery time for packages less than 10kg is 3 to 5 business days from the order is processed.
These delivery times do not consider the days that the package can stay in customs.
Customs charges are borne by the customer.
NAPOLEÓN is not responsible for delays related to the weather, delays of air ports, delays due to customs problems or delays due to force majeure
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the information provided on the shipping address is correct. NAPOLEÓN is not responsible for any problem arising from errors in the shipping address
Under no circumstances are changes to «BODIES» accepted.
Any change is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer. As long as you have the purchase ticket / record.
You can make both changes via courier or exchange at the point of sale at our Guanajuato 131 flagship, Roma Norte.
Changes by courier are at the customer’s expense.
For purchases made online it is necessary that the change be notified to the email of firstname.lastname@example.org, in this way we will send you through the same means, a guide with which you can return the package. It is necessary that in this email you specify:
- Order number
- Reason for the change: detail the model (s) and size (s) you are interested in modifying, as well as the model (s) for which you want to change.
- It is necessary to apply the return of your order with the exchange guide that we send you in a maximum period of 2 business days; otherwise another guide will be required and the regular cost for the client will apply ($ 130 pesos with VAT included).
If in the process of change a difference is generated in favor of the client, this will remain as a credit in favor to be used in his next purchase. This credit has no validity and the product must be in perfect condition.
In the event that the change generates a difference in favor of NAPOLEÓN, it will be requested from the client and must be settled to be able to return / make the requested change.
Changes in the product will be subject to its state (original box, clean and without a use mark). In the event that NAPOLEÓN considers that the product has been mistreated, damaged or altered by the customer, it will be responsible for the shipping cost (Return to the customer) without the change being made by the company
For no reason returns are accepted in «BODIES».
No refund will be made in cash or debit / credit card. There will be a credit in favor of the customer to be used in their next purchase, this credit has no validity and the returned product must be in perfect condition.
Returns can be made via courier as at the point of sale at our Guanajuato 131 flagship, Roma Norte.

In case of requiring a return on the product for shipping damage or manufacturing defects, attach a photograph to the mail showing the damage or defect.
The return on the product is subject to the state of the product. No refund will apply if NAPOLEÓN considers that the product was altered by the customer.
In the event that no refund applies, the customer must cover the shipping cost (Company – customer). Regular shipping cost ($ 130 pesos VAT included).
There are no returns on clearance or discounted product. Except for manufacturing defects.
